Of Fresh Kaya & Curry Puff

Met Qing on Sunday and she said that she was preparing food for International Cafe on Monday so I offered to make some Malaysian food as well. I settled upon Roti Bakar and Curry Puff after some thought. Recipe of Curry Puff from here and the recipe for Kaya is Hehn's aunt's secret recipe. We plan to sell fresh kaya in the near future. Roti Bakar with kaya filling.


Fried curry puff. It opens up between the layers too much. Should try with less amounts of grease dough in the future or maybe none at all.
