Wanted to make some egg tarts for a while now and I got invited to some dinner at a friend's place so I was like why not make some to bring over. Followed the recipe
here and used JusRol pre-rolled puff pastry coz I have no idea how to make my own puff pastry.
The custard was a tad on the sweet side; will cut down on sugar the next time I make it. Pastry can stand to be a tad crispier but, on the whole, I'll say this batch ain't too shabby.
