Shoyu Ramen
Or that was what I was trying to make anyway. Started with dashi stock from powder and dried scallops, threw in some shimeji mushrooms (Which costed £1.70. Didn't know they were so expensive!!) soy sauce, egg noodles, pak choi, spring onions, egg, white pepper. Done in 10 minutes. Healthier than crummy Shin Ramyun.
